The grill features a brushed stainless steel body and a removable drip tray, making it easy to clean. It also includes POWER and READY indicator lights. With a 14.5″ x 11″ cooking surface and a ribbed cast-iron plate, it can handle various foods. Additionally, the hinged, auto-balancing top plate accommodates items up to 3″ thick. You can adjust the thermostat to a maximum temperature of 570 degrees F.
