These urns feature a dual-heater system that ensures maximum flavor by brewing the coffee at a higher temperature and then automatically switches to a second heater to maintain the ideal drinking temperature. The urns have a sleek brushed stainless steel finish, and their internals and parts are all made of stainless steel. They have a minimum capacity of 25 cups and can brew 55, 5 oz. cups in just 40 minutes. The dual-heater system allows for brewing at 200 degrees F and dispensing at approximately 185 degrees F, keeping the coffee warm at optimal temperatures. The urns also come with power ON and READY indicators, as well as a removable sight glass quantity gauge.
