The Waring Commercial coffee urns are designed for exceptional performance. They offer shorter brewing times, large capacities, and a stainless steel construction, making them ideal for special events and commercial kitchens. These urns feature a dual-heater system that initially brews the coffee at a higher temperature to ensure maximum flavor, and then automatically switches to a second heater to maintain it at the perfect drinking temperature. With a brushed stainless steel finish and all stainless steel internals and parts, these urns are available in sizes ranging from 30 to 110 cups. They can brew 110 cups of 5 oz. coffee in just over an hour. The dual-heater system enables brewing at 200 degrees F and dispensing at approximately 185 degrees F, ensuring optimal temperatures. Additionally, these urns come with power ON and READY indicators, as well as a removable sight glass quantity gauge.
