Radiant Charbroiler vs Lava Rock Charbroiler
Radiant Charbroilers radiate an even heat supply upwards to the broilers grids. The radiants broiler’s jets are covered by a V shaped angled iron which covers the broilers manifolds. The gas flames comes in contact the angled iron and create radiant heat. Lava Rock Charbroilers use pumas stones. The lava rock broiler’s flames jets are covered with a grid on which the a layer of lava stones are spread evenly. The stones absorb the heat from the flames and radiate the heat to the grids.
